Rootmark Law was founded by Jessica Flowers, an Atlanta-based IP and business attorney who has worked in-house, in private practice, and in litigation. Before Rootmark Law, she was in-house counsel for an international game studio and technology company, managing global trademark and copyright portfolios, keeping a high volume of commercial agreements moving, and advising on licensing, data privacy, and AI use.
Before law, Jessica worked in branding, web development, and digital media, and has shipped sites and apps herself. That means less time explaining what your product does and more time protecting it.
